Order Cancellation Policy

We’re sorry to see you go and would appreciate hearing about any problems with our service that are prompting your cancellation.

To cancel an order you have placed with TrailMeister, please contact customer support by email ( or by phone (513-374-9021 from 8am to 5pm, Pacific Time Zone, Monday through Friday). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your request.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot issue a refund after your listing has been approved and has gone live. Should you change your mind about listing your facility with TrailMeister please let us know immediately.

When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please provide your name, your contact information, the date of your order, and the name of your facility.
